Beware! I went to add things to our unit today, my lock was missing and a different lock was on my unit. No it wasn't the kind of lock that the owners put on for non payment. This was a totally different lock! They had to cut it off. The lady there kept saying it isn't there lock, well it sure wasn't mine...nothing was missing as I can tell without moving everything out. I don't know how this happens. They could not explain where my lock went. The lady there kept trying to blame me for having the wrong key or have had changed the lock myself. I DID NOT!
Stored my stuff for about 6 months. Well maintained property and helpful staff. Nice to see a family owned business still in business.
