Rent is adjusted every month usually without notice signed a contract to purchase the home I was in for 750 a month the very next week got first of many 1700 a month bills for my rent. The park manager has next to no experience and it shows. My floor collapsed breaking my ankle I missed work for 4 months they had known about the floor for 7 months before I fell through it took over a year to fix my floor. Garbage is under lock and key and the manager is never around to open it for you God forbid you miss it because they charge you double to dump it on your next set trash day. In short terrible community to live in.
My new home is lovely. I look forward to the new owners making much needed improvements. The new owners have a responsibility to enforce the new rules and regulations. They own the property space and residents are compelled to maintain their yard. This includes no debris, no weeds, maintaining a home which will pass inspection. A limited number of vehicles in designated parking spaces. Visitors allowed but not long term unapproved residents. 911 Is immediately called for domestic violence. Trespassers are also being prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Indoor cats and dogs on leashes are acceptable as we continue to alleviate the feral cat situation.
I have lived here for 16 years and I hate the fact that are cats have to stay inside but I let my dogs out in the yard and I have a fence yard never heard that you cant let your dogs out
To many nosey people and people fighting and screaming about nothing. And nothing for the kids in the trailer court to do.
I have changed my review, because now, there are too many rules, and we can't let our dogs out even if thwre is a closed fence. I also hate that we can't let our cats out, I hate seeing my cat at the door meowing, but we can't let her out, we feel as if the owner/manager is infringing on our rights.
