I always enjoy any meal I have here. It’s one of the family favorites for breakfast before we go hunt and cut firewood. Love the staff!
The Point not only has exquisite food, put the whole dining experience is amazing. If you haven't tried the homemade food you don't know what your missing! And talk about the service , excellent! Entertainment and a view? What's not to love! Way to go Mike and Mirja! I love the Point!

This place is absolutely great. The owner has thought of everything to make it a wonderful restaurant, including, doing their gluten free dishes in a separate area from the regular foods. They make things up fresh, including cutting their own sweet potato and regular french fries (instead of frozen). We went with 8 people and the service was great and everyone loved their food. Every thing is top notch, right down to the catsup and mustard - which are organic! The prices are mid-range but worth every penny. If you are in the vicinity of Foster Lake and want to eat a place with an amazing view of the lake and the mountains in the backdrop, go to The Point.

Really wanted to like this place. Have driven by it for years-great location-right on the lake! My wife's dinner was ok, just flavorless. My burger tasted really good, but pretty small for a $10 burger. Server forgot about our appetizer. Coconut cream pie was VERY good too.
